Where do you ship?
We currently ship to mainland France only, via Colissimo.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs €5.99 (incl. VAT), and is free on orders over €100.00 (incl. VAT).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is by card, handled by our provider Stripe: your card details are entered directly with them and never pass through our servers.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order.
How do I track my order?
Your order details and status are available from your account area, and from the link emailed to you after your purchase.
