These terms and conditions of sale (CGV) govern sales of products made on this website to consumers. They must be reviewed and validated legally before they take effect.
Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on the site by a consumer. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms, in the version in force on the order date.

Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Offers are valid while displayed and within the limits of available stock.

Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Shipping costs are indicated separately before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, the applicable price being the one displayed at the time of the order.

Orders
The order is confirmed once payment is validated. A confirmation email is then sent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, non-payment, or manifest pricing error.

Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered directly with the provider and are never stored on our servers.

Delivery
We currently deliver to mainland France only, via Colissimo. Shipping is a flat €5.99 (incl. VAT) and is free for orders of €100 or more (incl. VAT).
«À COMPLÉTER»: delivery times, handling of delays, lost or damaged parcels.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. Return shipping costs are borne by «À COMPLÉTER».
«À VALIDER»: full statutory wording + withdrawal form (model form to be attached).
Returns & refunds
«À COMPLÉTER»: return procedure, condition of returned goods, and refund time frame (legally, within 14 days of withdrawal).
Legal guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions of the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.
«À VALIDER»: full statutory wording of both guarantees is mandatory and must be reproduced.
Liability
«À COMPLÉTER»: liability clauses, within the limits permitted by law (a consumer's statutory rights cannot be excluded).
Personal data
Order data is processed to fulfil the contract, in accordance with the GDPR. Details and your rights are set out in our privacy policy.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use the free consumer-mediation service before any legal action.
«À COMPLÉTER»: name and contact details of the appointed consumer mediator (mandatory for B2C). The European ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
