The data we collect

Orders — when you buy, we collect your name, email address and delivery address (street, postcode, city, country). This data is needed to prepare and track your order (legal basis: performance of the contract). Payment is handled by Stripe: your card number never passes through our servers.

Questionnaire — if you choose to receive your results by email, we collect your email address and your answers, with your explicit consent.

Audience measurement — only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (page views, referrers, device type). Without your consent, no measurement tool is loaded at all.

Cookies and local storage

rl_cart (cookie) — the contents of your cart. Strictly functional cookie, kept for 30 days, exempt from consent.

rl-consent (local storage) — your per-purpose consent choices (audience measurement, advertising), kept until you change them.

Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — set only after you accept audience measurement, to tell visitors apart. Maximum lifetime: 13 months.

Google Ads cookies (_gcl_*, _gac_*) — set only after you accept advertising, to measure conversions from our ads. Maximum lifetime: 90 days.

Advertising and conversion measurement

Only with your consent, we use Google Ads to measure how effective our advertising campaigns are (for example, knowing that a visit or a purchase came from an ad) and, where applicable, to personalise the ads shown to you. Google is then a recipient of this data as our advertising partner. Without your consent, no advertising cookie is set and no signal is sent to Google for advertising purposes.

Change your choices

You can change your mind at any time, purpose by purpose. Your current choices are shown below; changing them takes effect immediately.

Who processes your data

We rely on providers that process this data on our behalf: Stripe (payment), Odoo (order management and transactional emails), Vercel (site hosting, Paris region), Neon (database) and, only after your consent, Google (audience measurement and advertising). We never sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep data

Order data is kept for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require. Questionnaire data is kept until you withdraw your consent or ask for deletion. Audience measurement data is kept for at most 14 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@resilient-level.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
